We have developed a new high effect Inclined tube Clarifiers which has advantage of small size, less investment, low cost of operation, high thickening efficiency. Widely applied to in the sewage treatment of metals, on-metallic washing plant, building materials, chemical industry. Currently our Inclined tube Clarifiers Widely used in tungsten, tin etc rare metals plant.
    2、Principles
    Feeding slurry or other liquid into thickening zone from feeding zone. With suspended process in the thickening zone, big particle size will be discharged from the bottom outlet, because of settling velocity which overcomes water flow resistance. At the same time, small particle size minerals will flow up to the inclined tubes which are hexagonal thin-walled type. Accumulated to a certain amount of down under gravity to the settlement area, micro-fine will be overflowed. The process achieves the classification and thickening purpose.

    1. Small volume and footprint as 1/12-1/20 with the old-type thickener, low costs of building acquisition as a half of the original.
    2. Advanced technology and high efficiency. Variety of functions: classification, metal recovery, sewage disposal and water recycling etc
    3. Highly energy-saving. No power, water from settling filter of inclined tube clarifiers can be discharged as national standard and reduces 60 to 80% of the wastewater emissions.
